Motor, Gears and Supports
Boom support ends CA glued on, make sure both ends are parallel !
Tail link rod supports needed to be opened out a little for free running.
Insert tail control rod, fit ball links.
The 'A' is the outside of all ball links.
Next, lower head into bearings and drive gear, M3 bolt into main shaft.
Last few Ball links to make. I had a problem with bad threads, I used a
2mm die to correct three ends.
The motor, 1620KV. Has it's own heatsink turned on the outside case.
Gold connectors already fitted.

Don't mesh the gears too tight.

All that was left in the box was ESC, BEC, RX LiPo, blade carrier and spare fixings
that Align always supply. Now we are ready for the electronics !!
