Remove as above, clean and reassemble with loctite.
Try to miss the bearings !!
Add the 6mm hex coupling, the set screws go into location spots in shaft, Add loctite !
Set it into one half of the housing, add a little loctite to that top bearing to lock it to the shaft.
Close and bolt together using the Nylock nuts.
