Head Build

Start with pack 600NH and build up the blade grips, I fitted the grey dampers but black ones are in the kit
for hard 3D. Take care with the thrust bearings and loctite cap heads into feathering shaft.
Use CA on all Link Balls into plastic, Loctite if into metal.

Next the seasaw but I upgraded mine to metal.

Makes the top part, other than blade grips, all metal !
All metal bolts into metal holes must have loctite BUT none must get into any bearings !!!

Here you can see the Plastic Seesaw and mixer arms that are std in the kit.
They both have two holes, outer is normal and inner 3D.

Add the flybar and cage and it should look like this.
Flybar should extend equally each side of the cage, after fitting paddles adjust so that 125mm
of the flybar showing between cage and paddle.

Light weight open frame paddles that are covered with nice T-Rex 600 stickers
are locked onto the flybar with grub screws.

I use this to adjust link rods, they are add on's to your calipers.

Add link balls to the swash, fit washout arms to washout base with loctite and slide onto mast.
Add the head stopper, clip the rest of the ball links on and it should look like this.............

If like me, you take your time, study the photos in the manual you will get this far
within a couple of hours with time for a cuppa or two!
